Plan #1
An 80/20 split with $6,000 annual cap for single agent
An 80/20 split with $6,000 total annual cap for agent and spouse
An 80/20 split with $6,000 annual cap for Team Leader
An 80/20 split with $3,000 annual cap for each additional Team Member 
(80/20 split is contingent upon agent having sold $1 million in volume within in the last calendar year. Other initial splits available.)

100% commission $475 per month ($5,700 total annual cost) for single agent
$475 per month ($5,700 total annual cost) for agent and spouse
$475 per month ($5,700 total annual cost) for Team Leader
$250 per month ($3,000 total annual cost) for each additional Team Member
