14-Unit Townhouse Development Being Planned For East Atlanta Village

The Villages AtlantaMaintenance-free townhomes are red hot in Atlanta right now and it seems like developers can’t build ‘em fast enough to keep up with current demand. But it’s certainly not for a lack of trying.

According to a recent report from Curbed Atlanta, another sweet new townhouse project is once again currently in the works, this time for a site over in East Atlanta Village.

Dubbed The Village, developers are describing units as being “creatively inspired” and “mindfully designed,” while the range of floor plans offered include three or four bedrooms and between 2,600 and 2,750 square feet of total living space.

Each of the 14 townhomes at The Village will also feature a private rooftop terrace and an attached two-car garage, and prices are expected to start somewhere in the $500,000s and go up to the $600,000s for some of the development’s larger units.

The Villages in Atlanta is being developed by California-based Cogent Bay and LHN Properties, while the chic modern design is from Gamble + Gamble, an architectural firm located right here in Atlanta.
