Atlanta Public Library Reopens

APL
At 106 years old, the library closed down on January for a three-month restoration project costing $150,000. The funding came through a referendum passed by local taxpayers in April of last year. The project’s focus was to restore the facility, as closely as possible, to its original condition.
Though the library has been open since Monday, you can look forward to its grand opening on Memorial Day.
