Buying a home along the new Beltline just got easier thanks to Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta and the Atlanta Beltline Inc. The two are teaming up to offer an affordable housing finance partnership that gives a cumulative $600,000 in grant funding to eligible buyers who purchase or rehabilitate an existing home along the corridor. The funding is available exclusively to FHLBank Atlanta member financial institutions and their eligible customers who earn 80 percent or less than the area median income.
Paul Morris, the Atlanta Beltline CEO, said they have a goal of providing 5,600 units of affordable housing. For more information click below:
