The Zac Team has released an October price report for 870 Inman condos, which are steps away from the popular Atlanta Beltline, a 33-mile network of multi-use trails.
The free price report lists all homes for sale and those sold within the last six months. Condo residents can use the report to estimate the value of their home. Details are available at http://www.intownhomeprices.com/870-inman. Residents also may sign up to receive free price reports monthly via email at www.intownhomeprices.com.
The average current list price for the single condo for sale is $235,000, and the average sales price for the eight sold in the last six months is $222,175.
Inman Park, just east of downtown, is Atlanta’s first planned suburb and is on the National Register of Historic Places. The Trolley Barn was part of the city’s first streetcar line. Visitors frequently tour the neighborhood, which is known for its Victorian architecture, including Queen Anne, and examples of Colonial Revival and Shingle Style homes and bungalows. Inman Park also hosts the eclectic Inman Park Festival the last weekend of April. It is the largest in the city.
