An above ground temporary sewer line has been a hazard at the intersection of Nancy Creed and Ridgewood Road for the past four months. Residents recently learned the city finally plans to remove the dangerous eye sore. The sewer line ends in an open manhole in the middle of Ridgewood Road.
“I can promise you right here and right now that this is going to be done – underway within a week,” said Atlanta Watershed spokesperson Lillian Govus.
