Tech Company Eyes ‘Technology Square’ Expansion

Midtown Atlanta, which recently landed the headquarters of fintech giant NCR Corp., is drawing looks from another large technology-focused enterprise. An unidentified company has expressed interest in taking up to 100,000 square feet to co-anchor a more than 600,000 square foot mixed-used development planned in the heart of Georgia Tech.
